Graduation Application

Students who qualify to walk at the graduation ceremony will receive a cap, gown, tassel, and cords/stoles (if applicable) at no cost to the graduate. These are typically available 2-3 weeks prior to the ceremony. Graduates are welcome to decorate their cap.

In order to qualify to walk at a graduation ceremony, students must have:

Students who are no more than two courses away from completing the requirements for their degree or certificate are also eligible to walk at the ceremony, but will not receive their diploma or certificate until the final courses are complete.

As described above, students are allowed to participate in the ceremony even if they are not completing their degree. Students that are not completing their degree will not receive their official diploma or certificate or have their degree/certificate posted on their transcript until all coursework has been completed.
