Responsibility for Knowledge of Policies, Rules, & Regulations

Students are expected to maintain conduct that supports the educational environment. Ranger College prohibits discrimination, harassment, and retaliation based on race, color, national origin, religion, age, disability, or any other basis prohibited by law. This includes intimidation, coercion, or retaliation against individuals who report misconduct. All students must comply with policies outlined in DIAB(Local) and FFDB(Local) which can be found on the Ranger College website.

The Code of Student Conduct is subject to change by action of the Board of Regents. Each student should be familiar with all published policies, rules and regulations of the College. Copies of such documents will be available to the student for inspection in the Campus Support Services offices and on the Ranger College webpage (https://www.rangercollege.edu/student-services/title-ix/#gsc.tab=0). The student is responsible for obtaining published materials to update the items in this code. Each student is expected to comply with the college’s established policies, rules and regulations as well as federal, state, and local laws. This principle extends to conduct off campus which is likely to have adverse effect on the college, or on the educational process, or which characterizes the offender as an unfit associate for other students.
