Determination of Financial Need and Eligibility
The amount and type of financial aid that a student is eligible to receive will be determined by Ranger College estimated cost of attendance minus the students Student Aid Index (SAI), which is calculated by the information on the FAFSA. The Student Aid Index is also on the FAFSA submission Summary. The Student Aid Index (SAI) is an eligibility index number that your college’s or career school’s financial aid office uses to determine how much federal student aid you would receive if you attended the school. Cost of attendance is the amount, as determined by federal and state guidelines, that it will cost the average student to attend Ranger College. Students who feel they may have extenuating circumstances that might warrant a professional judgment decision by the Financial Aid Director should contact the Financial Aid Office.
