Dr. Rodgers came to Ranger Jr. College in August 1990 on a full band scholarship. She met her husband, Roy Rodgers,and they married in August 1994. She now has lived in Ranger for 34 years. Dr. Rodgers loves to share in her enthusiam for our institution and the changes she has seen errupt as a result of college morale. She has worked for Ranger College in 3 different positions: Dorm Director 1997-2001, Data Entry 2016-2020, and Tutor Coordinator 2016-now. With the encouragement of her family, friends and co-workers at Ranger College she has completed her Doctorate degree as of November 2023.
