Wendy Herrod started her hair journey in cosmetology in 2002-2003 with Ranger College. She helped start the cosmetology Instructor Program in 2004-2005 and began working part time for Ranger college in 2005 as an Instructor. She later began working full time in 2010 and was promoted 2 short years after to Director. Ms. Herrod loves to watch students learn all about hair and believes it to be awarding to see a student achieve something they thought was impossible.
