Ranger College provides travel resources to support employees while conducting official College business. The MyRanger portal includes important forms and guidance on the Business Office Resources to help ensure compliance with state requirements and to avoid unnecessary expenses during travel.

Hotel Tax Exemption Form

When traveling on behalf of Ranger College, employees are exempt from paying state hotel occupancy tax.

• The Hotel Tax Exemption Form must be printed prior to your trip
• Present the form to the hotel at the time of check-in
• The hotel must receive this form in order to apply the tax exemption

Failure to provide the form may result in taxes being charged that are not reimbursable.
