Public Notice for Unclaimed Property
PUBLIC NOTICE
This notice is provided in accordance with Section 76.201 of the Texas Property Code regarding unclaimed property. Unclaimed property referenced by the names on the following list is in custody of Gaylyn Mendoza, Ranger College CFO. Any person possessing a legal or beneficial interest in the reported property may contact Ranger College at (254) 647-3234 to obtain information about the amount of the property and the procedure to make a claim to receive the property. The unclaimed property is presumed abandoned and subject to Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code.
