Ranger College offers a program for the training of vocational nurses with approval from the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board and the Texas Board of Nursing. The program is available in Early, Comanche, and Ranger.
Upon satisfactory completion of the program, the student will be awarded a Certificate of Completion, which entitles the student to take the licensing examination given by the State Board of Nursing. Those passing this examination will be qualified to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas. Graduates are privileged to wear the school cap and pin.
